Key Responsibilities
- Event Execution: Elevate our high-caliber Greek-themed soirees and cultural events from conception through to culmination with meticulous attention to detail and creativity.
- Event Preparation and Management: Oversee the logistical coordination, setup, and dismantling of events, ensuring each element aligns with our high standards of luxury and authenticity.
- Guest Relations: Provide a warm and sophisticated welcome to guests, facilitating engaging interactions that enhance their experience and foster a sense of community.
- Promotion and Outreach: Act as an ambassador for our community, engaging with potential members and attendees to broaden our network of Greek culture enthusiasts.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated appreciation for and knowledge of Greek culture, coupled with a desire to share this passion within a cosmopolitan setting.
- Outstanding communication skills, with proficiency in English and preferably Greek, enabling effective interaction with a diverse clientele.
- Proven organizational capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks seamlessly.
- Availability for participation in events during evenings and weekends, reflecting a commitment to the community's vibrant activity schedule.
- Experience in event planning, hospitality, or related fields is advantageous, though not essential.
